Inside there is plenty to brag about. Open concept living! The kitchen is fully stocked and the casual breakfast bar and bench seating dining table are next to the sliding doors leading to the deck, and the screened in porch. The natural lighting and lake views are incredible from all the rooms! The wood floor living room has a couch, loveseat and stylish single chairs all facing the wood burning fireplace.
Step onto the screened in porch or the open front porch and pull up a rocking chair. The large wraparound deck faces Upper Scott Lake and has a Weber grill and a table for 6. The steps from this Upper Scott Lake House meander through lush landscaping and lead to a open mix of grass, hardwoods and beautiful lake frontage.
Sleeping arrangement: Two rooms have queen beds, one has twin beds.

Since you book directly with me (the property manager, Jill), you can ask me about living like a local! Ask about events and festivals, art shows, or kayaking and canoeing the Kalamazoo River.
Things To Do
Life on the lake is one of the best experiences you’ll have. Upper Scott Lake is 96 acres in size, 8 feet deep at its deepest point and the fishing is excellent! Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Perch all make for a great fish fry! Don’t let those lazy summer days on the lake pass you by.
This quiet inland lake is the perfect base camp if your group wants to explore Allegan, South Haven, or Lake Michigan beaches! Find historic architecture, beautiful downtowns, riverfront and boardwalks. Many of our guests make time to sink their toes into the white sand beaches of South Have: North Beach, South Beach, Van Buren State Beach & Dunes are some of the favorites. Stock up at markets and local wineries.
