Step inside and you’ll see recognize the “quality” we put in to this vacation rental: Granite counter tops, 4-ring stove, dishwasher, microwave, stove, filtered water, blender, pantry closet, plus all dishes and utensils. Other recent additions include a Plasma TV and completely remodeled lake front.
Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom 1 has 1 queen. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen , 2 twin/ single. Bedroom 3 has 2 queens. Bedroom 4 has double size bunk beds.
100 percent refund 60 days prior to arrival. 50 percent refund 30 days prior to arrival.
No refund after 30 days prior to arrival. I will give a refund if the house is re rented. The refund may be prorated based upon re rented amount.
1700 square feet gives your family and friends plenty of room inside, and the stone patio, gas grill and fire pit gets guests excited to be outside too. The home is very clean, very well maintained, and the view of the lake is awesome. Larger groups will love the 2 full size refrigerators and the dining table that seats 8. We have plenty of lake toys - 3 kayaks are included in your rent.
Guests always comment on the easy driving distance to Traverse City, Interlochen, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Since you book directly with us, we can recommend the activities to meet all ages. We are very informative on anything Traverse City!

A great place to visit and relax. Location was great on Silver Lake. Quiet and peaceful. My family and I really enjoyed all the comforts of home during our stay. Bedrooms are very clean and spacious. Kitchen has everything you need and very modern appliances. The patio leading to the lake is great and is very pleasant to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We had a gathering that ended up with more people showing up than expected and the house was big enough for all to have a splendid time. Owner was very helpful in making arrangements with us. The only downside for us was the weather turned windy and cooler so we were not able to enjoy the lake and the kayaks provided. Had a great experience and will definitely book again if we come to Traverse City. John H.
My husband and 11 year old daughter spent one week in this beautiful and comfortable home. Our first impressions were, "Wow, this is amazing." The house sits right above the lake, with gorgeous new lakeside landscaping and a matching, built-in fire pit. The small beach was perfect for my daughter to enter the water and play. The kayaks provided were one of the highlights of the lake activities. If your family appreciates comfortable, yet up to date living, you'll love this vacation house. t is absolutely beautiful and you'll want for nothing. Everything from kitchen utensil to pots and pans and beach towels are included. Spent a week, summer of 2015, for a girls' week and had a blast. Plenty of room and not far from anything we wanted to do. Lisa C.
