This awesome beach cottage sleeps up to 8 in main house with 3 comfy queen bedrooms and 1 king master bedroom with access to the deck and panoramic views! 2 full baths, 1 off of the master bedroom. Large family room with 3 walls of windows and plenty of seating for beach views, games, tv, or relaxing out of the sun. Family room has sliding doors with access to large deck and beach walkway, new stairway access to awesome beach. Propane grill and plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the large family room the house has a quiet, comfy living room perfect for reading or TV, a large open kitchen/dining area with a long table where everyone can be seated together and still have that remarkable lake view. Kitchen is fully equipped. Ceiling fans in every room, AC, WiFi, and many more amenities to make your stay truly a memorable vacation!

Main house sleeps up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. Downstairs apartment available for 2-3 additional guests ;queen murphy bed, large sofa, detached full bath. Please inquire for rates and availability of the apartment.

Things To Do

Enjoy the beach-town shops and restaurants, tour the local wineries, pick your own fruit in season, take part in the unique festivals and fairs. At the cottage there are plenty of books, games, and DVD's to make sunny or rainy days and evenings fun. Other things to do: fishing, boat charters, try Sherman's ice cream in South Haven, have a bonfire on the beach, take a hike, rent a bike, golf, go kayaking or canoeing, walk along the pier and check out the marina.....and so much more!

About the Owner/Manager

Home owners are a couple originally from northern Michigan but living in a Chicago suburb with 2 children busy with sports these days. Property manager is a long time Michigan native, living locally.

Check-in time is after 4 p.m. eastern and Check-out time is before 10 a.m. eastern. Summer rentals are weekly only, 4 night minimum otherwise.

50% of rental amount is due with a signed rental agreement within a week of reservation confirmation. Balance of rental and fees due 60 days prior to check-in. Security deposit is refundable within 14 days of check-out provided there is no damage and all agreements are abided by.

100% refund minus a $250 office fee if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation must be made in writing and accepted. Cancellations within 60 days before check-in are fully refunded only if the full period can be rented at the same rate, otherwise full payment is due.
