Time away is your, "Up North getaway cottage." It is so warm and comfy on the inside that it feels like home right away. There is relaxation and peacefulness in the air. It is located across the street from Lake Huron just a quick 3 minute walk to the lake access area. At the lake access there is a shared firepit, bench to view the water with a warm cup of coffee and a sandy beach area to swim. Public beach is only a few minute drive if your looking for the all day beach experience. At the cottage itself, is a large backyard with trees for shade and a private fire pit for evening bonfires. At Time Away you have the best of both worlds, a budget friendly property near Lake Huron access. This is a true get away from the hustle of every day life.

*All bed linens are included. The towels that are provided consist of 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per bath. We suggest you bring personal towels.
Time Away is a 15 minute drive from the Tawas Point Lighthouse and State Park. There are other things to do in the area as well such as shopping in downtown East Tawas, Bowling, Swimming, Fishing, Biking and so much more!
