Our unique location near Huron National Forest has you minutes from a diverse range of year-round indoor and outdoor activities for the entire family — Shoppers will find many unusual stores, boutiques, and antique shops. You will want to stay a lifetime!
Local attractions are just a few miles away like the Tawas Point State Park, Largo Springs, Lumberman's Monument, Canoe the AuSable River, just to name a few. Annually, the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce hosts an Arts & Crafts Show on Memorial Day. Your day can also include the Tawas Birding Festival, a hike on the Corsair Trail, a charter fishing trip, explore harbors and marinas, or bring your boat and explore Tawas Bay. Lake levels they may be higher or lower than photographed.
