Willkommen Cottage on Mullett Lake extends a special welcome for 14 guests on a scenic one-acre lot. This five-bedroom, three-bath vacation rental home is set on a grassy lawn with 100 feet of private lake frontage with a sand beach and a shallow swimming area.
Guests will love the unobstructed view and the private boat dock on Mullett Lake at Willkommen Cottage. This two-story family vacation home offers a covered balcony and a swing facing the lake on the level lawn, taking advantage of the scenery in all weather.
This home also features two spacious levels of living space. The ground level walks out to the yard, and features a fully furnished kitchen, a long dining table and a cozy sitting area with a large flat-screen TV. The second level holds the rec room with ping pong, foosball and games.
Sleeping arrangements: Four private bedrooms are located on the ground level, with two king-sized beds, one queen-sized bed and one set of twin-sized bunk beds. The upper level also has a private bedroom with a king-sized bed. This home also has available two pull-out sofas, a trundle and a daybed.
Willkommen Cottage is ideal for large groups or family gatherings, with an open social space on the main floor that allows guests to congregate and socialize during mealtimes and downtimes — including three dining room tables and three refrigerators. The large yard and direct lake access make a great space for outdoor recreation and minimize travel time for water outings. This home also has large windows on all sides, filling the spaces with natural light and making sure everyone feels like they have room to breathe.
Willkommen Cottage on Mullett Lake is a perfect home base for our guests to enjoy swimming, boating and fishing on one of Michigan’s scenic inland waterways. We are also conveniently located to hiking and biking trails that stretch for miles through beautiful natural territory. The cottage is close to a number of unique dining opportunities both on the water and off, as well as some of our favorite local tourist attractions.
Willkommen Cottage is an easy day trip to the cities of Petoskey and Mackinaw, as well as just an hour’s drive from Mackinac Island, where you can explore further by hiking or biking, tour the downtown area in a signature horse and buggy, or browse the collection of gift and souvenir shops. Willkommen Cottage requires a seven-night minimum stay.
A $400 damage deposit is required to reserve the cabin.
50 percent of the full rental price is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The final price will include a one-time cleaning fee of $250 and a 6 percent state tax.
This home does not allow smoking or pets.
The minimum age of the primary renter is 25 years.
