This property offers ample amount of privacy! Our quaint cottage includes an equipped kitchen with knotty-pine cabinets, a dining space, and living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, armoire, and a small TV. The second bedrooms has a full/twin bunkbed. Additionally, a queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Plus, there's great outdoor living space: fire pit with wood provided, L-shaped dock, yard-swings, deck overlooking the lake, sand volleyball court, & outdoor furniture. We also added a tandem bike. Coming with the cottage in 2022 you get a rowboat, paddle boat, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 standup paddle boards and a ***20’ pontoon boat*** with $30 gas, firewood, WiFi with each summer week for $1750/with up to 6 people. The first 2 weeks of June special is $1,600 per week. Memorial Day weekend is $800 includes a pontoon boat, SUP boards, kayaks and much more.
There are 2 extra kayaks available to rent in addition to what is provided. Right off the cottage is your private patio and gas and charcoal grill. A few steps down, there is the partially covered deck that looks like you are up in the trees and wooden yard swing, a great place to enjoy our lakeside sunsets. By the shore is the boathouse & life jackets. Also included in your rental is a ***20’ pontoon boat***, firewood, WiFi, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, a paddleboat, canoe, and a rowboat.
At the lakeshore is a fire pit with seating and wood, a playground, private dock with a bench and a swimming raft. There’s a sand volleyball court, a wooden swing and a private portajon.
We provide cleaning supplies to keep it clean during your stay and when you leave. We also provide pillows, blankets and quilts. We ask that renters bring sheets, pillow cases, kitchen and bath towels, paper products and charcoal if you are using that instead of gas.
The cottages offer the ideal location to sit back and relax. Enjoy all of your outdoor living space, watch the birds that we feed in the yard, and end your night around the campfire in the evening with the sunset. There's much to do at our lakefront cottage.
Plus, you are just a short drive from Fountain, Michigan. Area attractions include: the Historic White Pine Village, Castles Children's Museum, mini-golf, a variety of golf courses, and more. You are just 20 Miles NE of Ludington and 22 miles SE of Manistee.

A great Memorial Day Weekend. The cottage is everything it is advertised to be. Clean and comfortable with beautiful views. The owner is easy to work with and very helpful.The water was awesome. We relaxed on the dock, kayaked, swam. We watched fisherman reel in nice sized fish right off shore. Dinner in Ludington and a nice Lake Mi beach completed a great weekend. Kelly and Ken Crocker have owned and run their cottage rental business since 1982. We love the lake and quietness of the surrounding woods. We are in our late 60's and just retired. The cottage is situated so we see the sunsets. The road is far enough behind each cottage that the road traffic is not noticeable and safe for children. We have made playgrounds, WIFI and firewood. A private beach areas and 7 non-motorized boats for each cottage. There are 4 bikes and a tandem bike the cottages share for a ride around the lake.
