We are Tim and Jan Talsma, a husband-and-wife team who enjoy bringing our children and grandchildren together for family trips. That experience inspired us to help other larger families and groups find spacious vacation homes where everyone can stay together. We manage three clean, updated, pet-free and smoke-free lakefront homes in Lake City, Michigan, with accommodations for groups of 12 to 24 guests.
Our Jennings, Arbutus and Tranquility homes are located along Lake Missaukee and offer private sandy frontage, shallow water and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space. Whether your group needs four, six or eight bedrooms, we’ll help you choose the property that fits your plans.
