Inside, the cabin is simple, comfortable, and climate-controlled year-round—so you can escape in July or show up with your snow pants and still be cozy. You’ll have space for up to four guests, a kitchenette for easy meals, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Blue Cabin features a comfortable queen bed plus a full-size sleeper sofa, climate-controlled interior, and enough space —310 sq. ft. — to sleep up to four guests. A compact kitchenette outfitted with an electric cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker and dishware makes meal prep easy, while a full restroom with a walk-in shower means no roughing it. Linens, towels, heat/AC and free Wi-Fi are included.
Designed for accessibility, the cabin is handicap friendly with level entries and modern conveniences. Relax on the porch and listen to the spring-fed creek, enjoy two private parking spaces, and take advantage of the cabin's location just minutes from Swiss Valley Ski Area and Gable Hill wedding venue. Winter is big here. Swiss Valley Ski & Snowboard Area is a quick drive, making Blue Cabin an easy home base for ski days followed by warm, quiet nights. You’ll also find access to wide stretches of snowmobile and cross-country skiing trail options in the region.
If you’re here for a wedding or special event, we’ve partnered with Gable Hill so couples and guests can stay conveniently close to the venue—without turning the weekend into a logistical puzzle. Less driving, more celebrating (or recovering).
In warmer seasons, the area opens up into classic Southwest Michigan outdoors: hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, and time on local rivers and lakes. Fall brings color drives and trail time, and hunting season is a real thing here—state game area acreage is close by.
For food and a change of scenery, make it a day of local flavors and small-town exploring—then come back to the cabin and let "doing nothing" be the evening plan.

Weekdays (Monday–Wednesday) are $150 per night; 2-night minimum. Weekends (Thursday–Sunday) are $199 per night; 2-night minimum. Rates are plus tax and subject to change. Weekly stays range from $1050 to $1393 depending on season. Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Maximum stay is 14 nights. A 50 % deposit is due at booking with the balance due seven days before arrival. Book direct to avoid third-party fees and save.
