This is a rate for all levels we do not allow lower level rentals with this selection for this property and is typically rented this way in peek season (summer) June 8th -Aug 27th due to lake activity and not mixing groups.
This is prices for full size use with all beds however for smaller groups that want all levels we will discount pending the dates requested.

Welcome to the Heavens of Campau and Kettle Lake, Just 5 minutes to GRR Kent County Airport and just 15 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids and 50 minutes to Lake Michigan , "A Retreat for the Mind, Soul, Body, and Spirit." House is a beautifully landscaped lakeside rental/cottage that is more than a great place to relax. It has excellent lake access for all sports fishing and family or even a gathering. Groups large or small are all welcome. Great for the business traveler and business groups for meetings using our 3- 50 inch share device technology and great for family fun with online youtube videos and slideshow picture from the past 10 years trips, while watching your favorite sporting event on demand with direct tv or cable and your favorite music video.
We have the lower level that can be separated from the upper level and is rated at weekday rate for up to 14 guests. You can also add to your group and add the upper 3 levels or book just the upper 3 levels that will allow a group of approx 36 guests. If you book either the upper 3 levels or just the lower level and we end up with one or the other open we often allow you full use of the location however use and a clean fee $12 per bed will apply for each bed used to exchange linens, however if extra clean is needed after your use additional charges will apply.
We typically only offer a full rental in summer months. The peek season approx June 15th-Aug 25th we prefer full week but will sometimes allow long weekend at 80% of the full week rate advertised and we will not split levels unless it remains open the Monday prior to the weekend that is open.

This not a cottage but a Home almost a great group size option that is also very private, with a brilliant blue metal roof this massive but elegant structure is jaw dropping. You will be able to look out over all the cottages from the 4th floor deck, as you sun bath as you wish! This lake front suite is excellent for fishing, canoeing, tubing, and swimming. Your youngest will be able to catch fish with a net if you drop bread into the water and take time to teach them. The lakeside patio allows you to relax or play volleyball or horse shoes or polish horse shoes and later sing by the fire. Your choices are many available for evening or daytime relaxation or excitement you can bowl in the living room with our xbox games or catch a movie. We have 8 burner gas grills for BBQ on both ground and upper level, and 2.5 kitchens to prepare for your group or catering options within minutes from the location.

The interior of the 4 story 8 bedroom home features master bedroom (upstairs level three) that has a king-size bed, TV and master bath couch that is equipped with a jacuzzi that fills as the water drops from the ceiling, and steamer shower, to top it off this bathroom has a fireplace.

This open floor plan allows small and larger groups of 18 - 25 or 50 to all eat in comfort for the main meal, as you watch a slide show of the last years trip or past days events on one of 3-50 inch smart plasma with unlimited video Jute box (you tube) streaming video, and netflix. located just above a gas fireplace and play xbox (like bowl with Grandma hands free) in the same room, while the family watches pictures streaming of the family and the men can watch the ball game on direct tv or cable, while looking out the window at the family chef cooking on the 8 burner gas grill and the kids catching fish in the lake and the other kids tubing around the lake on the pontoon boat.
This main floor has any light scheme you can imagine, with fully loaded surround sound set up for 7.2 system in ceilings and walls. The resort has 2 heat/ac systems that keep you comfortable on any one of the four levels.
You are set up with cable, direct TV (3-50 inch on one wall of tv's), VCR, DVD player, and stereo and are fully furnished and some levels have all the movie channels. There are only two more levels to explain. The lower level is fully functional as a separate unit. Lakeside you have a kitchen and deck boasts 2- 8 burner gas grill and under the other deck.
The last level is the 4th floor located above the house has a deck to view for miles. The forts lead through tunnels back to the bedrooms below. The ping pong table set up on the very long table that seats 20+ is perfect as you can play off the wall, lights and seats is so much more fun. Across the room is the fireplace located under the 3 50 inch televisions and in view of the kitchen so you can see the fireplace while you cook, the kitchen that sets aside a 1/2 bath. Step throughout are all carpeted and are all only half-length of a full run for safety of children. Laundry this unit has a center located on the 3rd and 1st floor. Many other things to mention like an intercom throughout the house and iron wall mount, the waterfall and landscaping, massive amounts of glass on decks and view of the 4th floor from the main floor.
The Heavens of Campau is located on two lakes Kettle and Campau approx 4 miles long, Campau Lakes West side just across from the public access. We have added a spot across the street for off street parking and is located on a dead end for lack of unwanted traffic, although you get a few drive by just to see this structure.

Linen fee will be based on actual guests at $25 per person - you can bring your own linens, save $10 p/p. Cleaning fee is $100 per floor or $20 per person which ever is greater. Please add damage and spa deposit.
Prefer 7 night Peak season if more than 30 days away and 4 night peak season if includes a weekend or holiday and 3 night rental peak season if starting on a sunday. We will approve 1 night rentals if mid week or a night is open between dates on a peak season. We will also take shorter stays outside of the peak season Memorial day to Labor day.
