Perfect family getaway. Two levels of living space made it easy to accommodate everyone. The owner is very quick to answer questions and solve any issues. Great communication. The lake was a little weedy for swimming but our grandson caught lots of pan fish from the dock. We enjoyed our stay very much. House is clean and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.

this home was not a cottage on the lake it was a home away from home.
Jeff kept the place in great shape and nothing was wanting. clean, comfortable, spacious and top drawer accommodations.
having two refrigerators was a blessing as our week was HOT and cold beverages were always ready to go. not to mention the air conditioning was a welcome relief. nice neighborhood and very quiet

The home was a good size for us 8 adults. The kitchen was very well equipped so we found everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. The only issues were that there were no hangers for our clothing and no access to the garage where we would have liked to store our bicycles and games that we brought up. These were minor issues. We all had a great time and enjoyed the home very much. Thank you, Jeff, for your good communications with us through our rental process.

This house is just perfect for a getaway, this is our second year staying here and it won't be our last! The home is just so cozy feeling, not like your typical vacations rentals. The moment you walk into this home you feel so comfortable and just like it is your own, it does not have typical outdated furniture that most rentals do and the kitchens are fully stocked. We loved it! The house was great for our large multilevel family to spread out in. We loved the yard and sandy spot for the little ones to play. The lake was kinda of weedy for swimming too far but the boating and fishing were awesome. The Taylors were very friendly and helpful. They thought of everything we would need to have a great stay. We would recommend this place to families with small children and larger multilevel families like ours!

The poperty was as represented, to our delight. Everything was very clean, the grounds were well groomed. Wiggins Lake althoug not huge was plenty big enough for tubing and fishing was good also; yet the lake was always quiet. The whole family had a great time. We hope to go there again... The owner was great to work with and always fast to respond to any questions we had. Gladwin is also a nice town and only a few short miles away. I would recomend this property for a great quiet getaway...

We just stayed a week at this lakehouse. We had 8 adults and 4 kids. The house is perfect for families. Large house spacious enough for everyone. Rooms are decorated nicely, beds are comfy, kitchen has everything you need. We cooked every meal for the entire week. The yard is perfect for games and flows right into the water. This is a weedy lake but Jeff is doing above and beyond to keep them at bay for a nice area for the kids to swim in. Kids (all ages big and small) loved the paddle board and kayak. We fished from the yard and probably caught 75 fish or more. Kids loved that. It was truly a perfect week and couldn't have stayed in a nicer place. Would definitely stay again. Left a bottle of wine for the next guests hope they enjoy their stay as much as we did.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for large families to enjoy. Everything in the home is high quality and like new. The kitchen is the most organized, well equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The beds and bathrooms were great. The yard was well groomed and a perfect distance from the water. We really enjoyed just sitting on the lakefront fishing and watching our evening campfires. Fishing on Wiggins Lake produced several keeper bass and a large pike. We enjoyed driving to Gladwin, the ice cream parlor, Jays Sporting Goods, and Cops and Donuts in Clare. Jeff was great to work with and we look forward to returning soon.
