Loon’s Nest at Ron’s Quality Waterfront Cottages is a cozy cabin for two settled on a scenic lot at the edge of the water near Barryton, Michigan. This waterfront cottage features an open living area with everything you need to relax and enjoy a few days away — a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a sitting room with comfortable sofas and a 50-inch satellite TV.
The windows of this homey, single-story lake home look out between the trees to the boat launch and docks, offering a calming view and providing a gentle, natural light. This home is allergen-friendly and does not allow pets or smoking. Pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their own linens and with central air conditioning and an indoor fireplace. There is even a screened-in fishing cleaning station with a sink, so you can get your catch of the day without worrying about the mess. Please call for availability!
Sleeping arrangements: Loon’s Nest cottage offers one private bedroom with a queen-sized bed and pull out couch in the living room direct access to the full bath.

Loon’s Nest cottage includes access to a canoe, kayak, rowboat and paddle boat — so jump in your preferred craft and explore the beautiful lakes. The shoreline is a rich natural habitat, offering frequent sightings of the local wildlife. There is even a 600-acre island that is open for exploration. This makes a great destination for day trips on the lake, with rugged hiking and secluded picnic spots.
During your stay, you may also want to venture into the neighboring town of Barryton, Michigan for quaint local restaurants and unique shops. Barryton is a small, picturesque community and the home of an annual Lilac Festival in May. Come for the beautiful blooms and stay for the car show, carnival rides, market and parade.

These rates are tailored for parties of two.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 pm.
Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 am.
Ron’s Quality Waterfront Cottages also offers onsite boat rentals. A small pontoon boat can be had for $60.00 per day or $325.00 for the week.
Larger pontoons are available for $75.00 per day or $375.00 for the week.
Renters are responsible for the cost of gas and oil.
All pontoons must be returned before dark.
