For guests, enjoy the wooden deck overlooking the beach, a firepit; inside is a full kitchen. The Oscoda-AuSable area is a unique spot on the Sunrise Coast, where the AuSable River meets Lake Huron. It’s the "official home of Paul Bunyan.” One of a kind events will keep you busy; a classic antique car show, children's activities, a Lumberjack Show and jaw-dropping chainsaw carving championship.
There is plenty of parking is right in front of our condo. The Surfside Resort also offers a play area, picnic tables, basketball court, beach volleyball and log swings. Bring all your family members: one small, well trained dog is allowed at no additional charge. Nearby are abundant waterways, a quaint downtown, and family-friendly natural surroundings.

Comfortable, clean and cute. Nicest of the cottages we have stayed at in the Oscoda area. This unit was charming and well supplied with kitchen implements. I was able to cook.
