This home first joined the rental program in 2018 and has such a modern fresh look! What a beautiful peaceful place to unwind. Brand new entrance door, patio doors, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, flooring, and a new deck on the waterfront side of the home. You are sure to love the atmosphere here! Property also has two fire pit areas so you can pick your spot to hang out at whichever works for you. This property is best suited for those with older children due to the large boulders along the frontage but no worries the beaches are minutes away you can feel visit the Tawas Point State Park with a daily day pass that is just down the road from Double 07 to enjoy a beach day or come into Tawas or East Tawas for the public beach they are awesome free parks.

*All bed linens are included. The towels that are provided consist of 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, and 1 hand towel per bath. We suggest you bring personal towels.
Double 07 lake home will have access to Lake Huron later this year. It is not recommended to climb from the lake house to the water’s edge, as the rock edge is not suitable for climbing. However, Tawas Point State Park is a hop, skip and a jump down the road for all of your beach and swimming needs!
The Tawas area is home to many events throughout the year. There is a wide range of events centered around fun, music, food and the beautiful bay and shady woods. Not only does it host summer events and festivals, but the Tawas area also holds festivals in the middle of winter, making this a fun family vacation spot all year round. Guests should plan on visiting the scenic Tawas State Park (day passes are only $9.00 per day) for great hiking trails and picnicking spots. You will love the intersection of nature and culture in Tawas, Michigan!
