Sleeping arrangement: Queen and a full sized bed in the bedrooms plus a full sized pullout bed.
Our North Bay Landing (formerly known as Marsee's Landing)cabins come in various sizes and are available to meet your family's needs during spring, summer and fall. Cottage 6 is part of our 6 cottage, one home resort on the lake. This beautiful clean cottage is the perfect base camp for fun on Houghton Lake and nearby lakes. Meet Michigan’s other Great Lakes – Higgins Lake and Lake St. Helen. All three lakes are a sportsman’s fishing and boating paradise so grab your tackle and rods. Topping the list are Lake Trout, Perch, Crappie, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Walleye, Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Bluegill and more.
Special touches include a covered porch with swing and a picnic table.
Resort activities last all day and into the evening. The Basketball court, volleyball court, beach area, horseshoe pit and swing-set are great resort day activities. Early evenings is when the charcoal grill fires up along with the lakeside fire pit. The sounds of fishing stories and smell of smore's are common every night.
Nearby is some of the finest canoeing, kayaking and tubing in the world. Roscommon County is full of gently rolling hills and valleys. Paddle the quiet and gently flowing rivers whose banks are full of wildlife creatures and wilderness views. Keep your feet dry and do some hiking instead. Ask us about which types of trails would best suit your group. We like Marl Lake trail and the Beaver Creek Trail, but there are dozens more.
