Getting on the lake has never been easier thanks to our level lakeside resort grounds. We have boat moorings and lots of dock space.

Cottage 3 is part of our 7 cabin 1 home resort. So, if you need more space for larger groups, we are a great choice. Cottage 3 is the closest cottage to the lake so you can enjoy the lake panoramas from the front window.
All ages can stay and play at the resort. Basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoe pit and a swing-set for the kids. The beach area is for everyone and their beach toys.
Kick back on the cool covered porch with swing, or catch some summer sun at the picnic table. The large grass yards are great for outdoor games. But it’s hard to ignore this lake if you are a fishermen. Houghton Lake offers great fishing possibilities for walleye, pike, bass and bluegill.
Nearby Amusement centers include bumper cars and miniature golf. Nearby AuSable State Forest includes nature and hiking/biking trails. So does South Higgins Lake State Park and Marguerite Gahagan Nature Preserve.
