Modestas home is a perfect stop for a family getaway. Not only is the house right off a lake and 15 minutes from everything, but we also had kayaks, a small boat, and a paddle boat to use. The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments and small appliances. Will definitely be back! Daniela

place was awsome. My guys and I we're there for work. We rebuilt and painted the speedway in Vicksburg. Place was awesome we enjoyed the lake and the jacuzzi. One of my gas is the next chef. made some killed ribeyes from The smokehouse downtown on the grill. Beds were super comfortable. will be back next time job on this side of town. Scott
