Michillinda Lodge and its 26 rentable vacation units is a popular family resort that maintains traditions which began decades ago. A a combined resort capacity of 115 visitors means you can rent a smaller romantic getaway cabin for two or plan a an entire wedding! Our ceremony deck overlooks Lake Michigan - our beautiful white tent holds up to 300 reception guests.
The Chalet has 3 living areas with plenty of socializing and lounging room. Outside is a resort full of guest amenities and the second largest lake in the world - Lake Michigan! A 25x50 outdoor heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, volleyball, horseshoes. Topped off with a 400’ stretch of long private shoreline on Lake Michigan.

Trail adventures: You will find a quality horseback riding experience at the Rainbow Ranch. They also have hayrides and sleighrides. All trails take you throughout our property & whitetail deer farm. Don't forget the camera! The Hart-Montague Trail State Park is a paved 22-mile bike trail through forests with scenic overlooks.
River adventures: On the other side of White Lake is a place to rent canoes, kayaks, rafts or tubes so you can enjoy a relaxing day on the White River. See turtles, blue heron, ducks, deer, muskrat and other wildlife.
Lake Michigan themed cruises, dinner cruises, special events cruises aboard the Port City Princess are 20 minutes from the Chalet. Also nearby is the historic White River Light Station - just one of the many historic lighthouses nearby. Ask us about the lighthouse tours.

A non-refundable, non-transferable reservation deposit of 50% is needed to secure your rental date. The rental contract will not be valid, nor rental reserved until deposit is paid. The balance due must be paid in full, two months before your stay or your reservation will be cancelled. A charge of 6% State Sales Tax, 5% County Room Tax will be applied to each bill.

Jessica Ostrom — 4 star. We just got married here last weekend. Absolutely gorgeous scenery made for a beautiful ceremony! The only downfall was the new amplified music ordinance that passed in the township which caused the DJ to have to play indoors. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we received a ton of compliments on the venue we chose.
