Welcome to Kozy's Resort located in the Upper Peninsula - a nature lovers dream. This 3 bedroom is our largest cabin at the resort. Need more room for larger groups? Rent multiple cabins. Guests of Kozy's Resort enjoy the lake front location while being close to nature and town - Shop the many fine stores and explore local restaurants. Curtis is nestled among three lakes and offers four season recreational activities. In fact, gifts, groceries, VCR and movie rentals, etc. are within walking distance of the resort. There numerous lights and lighthouses located in northeastern Michigan that make for a great day trip.
Sleeping arrangement: Fully-equipped with queen-size beds. One large bedroom/bath - Two smaller bedrooms/bath. Photos are a mix of all cabins at the resort.
Because we are a resort, we can accommodate couples, small families. We can also provide room if you need something that accommodates the whole “family reunion” clan - rent multiple cabins. We've been an attractive and economical resort area for more than eighty years. Our resort is small, but we have all the amenities of more expensive places. Even free mini golf nearby.
Fishing, hunting, swimming, watersports and just plain relaxing are all part of Cabin Time at Kozy's resort. Our lake front has a sandy bottom of 300 feet all the way out to the drop-off. Bring a good book, games for the kids and watch the beautiful sunsets (remember your camera). Pick from several local beaches to walk, explore, swim, or just lounge in the sun. Curtis has many attractions, museums, and events. Enjoy a round of golf. Get ready to take on some of the finest golf courses in the country.
Within 2 hours of these major Upper Peninsula Attractions: Mackinac Island, the Soo Locks, and Tahquamenon Falls.

Outboard motors, extra fishing boats, pontoon boats, and paddle boats are available for hourly, daily, or weekly rental. Weekly reservations must be accompanied by a $100 deposit ($150 for July, November and Christmas reservations).
During peak season, we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
