Kozy’s Resort is your year round destination for vacation fun. Need something that accommodates the whole clan? Rent our 2 bedroom cabin, and if you still can’t fit, rent several cabins. We have up to 6 at the resort! If it’s just the 2 of you, then bring a relaxing attitude and a good book. The beautiful sunsets will amaze. Curtis is nestled among three lakes and offers four season recreational activities. Convenient to town: Gifts, groceries, VCR and movie rentals, etc. are within walking distance of the resort.
Sleeping arrangement: Fully-equipped with queen-size beds. 2 bedroom with 2 queens and a bunk over. Photos are a mix of all cabins at the resort.
Our resort, though small, has all the amenities of more expensive places. Free mini golf is nearby and we have boating and fishing supply rentals at the resort. You water park is just out the front door, so get ready for boating, fishing, canoeing & kayaking, swimming, jet skiing, sailing and more. Our lake front has a sandy bottom of 300 feet all the way out to the drop-off. Light house tours are unique and there numerous lights and lighthouses located in northeastern Michigan.

Day trips! We are easily within 2 hours of these major Upper Peninsula Attractions: Mackinac Island, the Soo Locks, and Tahquamenon Falls.

Outboard motors, extra fishing boats, pontoon boats, and paddle boats are available for hourly, daily, or weekly rental. Weekly reservations must be accompanied by a $100 deposit ($150 for July, November and Christmas reservations).
