Your large group will enjoy lots of fun & privacy outdoors and in! We feature a large yard area, bonfire pit, soft sand volleyball court and horseshoes for your fun or relaxation. Our lodges are located adjacent to thousands of acres of state recreational land - great for hiking, hunting, snowmobiling and so much more.
Inside our 8 Room Lodge is a large recreation room. Get together for a card game or play a game of pool. A good time is always had around the bar, with its own refrigerator and bar sink.
Cook your meals inside or outside - our kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need: dishes and utensils, pots and pans, duel sinks, two conventional electric ovens, a microwave oven, Bunn coffeemaker, glasses and plastic cups, coffee mugs, shot glasses, and dual refrigerators. For outdoor cooking we have a cement patio for with two gas grills. Picnic and patio tables are available for outdoor dining. The 8 room lodge also features an outdoor screened in gazebo.
This lodge features 8 bedrooms, four having their own bathrooms and two bedrooms at the end of the wings that share a bathroom. There are also two "public" restrooms off the main rec-room.
Not just one Lodge, but TWO! This 8 bedroom Lodge at the Hide-A-Way sleeps 36 people and our 4 bedroom Lodge sleeps another 18. Your group rents each lodge exclusively, so privacy is an important commodity of Hide-A-Way Lodge. Renters must provide their own bedding and towels, we provide the beds and pillows. Our location to many nearby restaurants and bars is ideal if you need a break from cooking in!
The 40 mile long Inland Waterway is Michigan’s longest chain of rivers and lakes. Our lodges are great for family reunions, snowmobile groups, hunting groups, fishing groups, quilting and scrapbooking groups, business and golf retreats, and more!
Hide-A-Way Lodge in Indian River, MI offers unique experiences for every season! Winter’s groomed snowmobile trails are a few hundred feet from our 8 Room Lodge.
