Inside, the amenities will constantly remind you that you are Up North: Wood interior, Log Dining Table, Hickory hardwood floors, Wood burning fireplace, stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen.
Sleeping arrangement: 3 bedrooms have log beds. 2 on the main floor and 1 in the loft. Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen. Bedroom 2 - 1 Double. Bedroom # - 1 Double. For extra guests we have a Queen air mattress. 2 full bathrooms.
Unique Features
Spread out in the spacious loft! Guests love this extra area with a log style couch, chair, coffee table, flat screen TV and 2 HUGE bean bag chairs. In total, there are 4 Flat screen TV's with Roku streaming channels, a DVD Player and movie library. The lodge has a unique rustic path to the lake and a parking area just outside the driveway that gets plowed for snowmobile trailers.
Need more rooms? Rent this cottage along with Moose Lodge next door and sleep a total of 16 guests. Have up to 24 guests? Consider renting Lindberg's Landing just down the road.
Things To Do
19 acre Cranberry Lake can provide dinner! Bring fishing poles and Shore Lunch seasoning for tasty Perch, Northern Pike, Bluegill and Sunfish. Eat outdoors on the wrap around deck - plenty of deck furniture. You can find a great restaurant nearby too. End your days gathered around the firepit with beautiful views of untouched Cranberry Lake.
This Upper Peninsula cabin is in the middle of the Hiawatha National Forest and surrounded by hundreds of lakes and rivers. Adventures will take you to expansive sand beaches, towering cliffs, or the steep mountain biking trails of Bruno's Run. We welcome the snow and cold weather and really know how to enjoy it! Right from the Lodge you can ride several hundred miles of snowmobiling trails that twist through the beautiful winter landscape. Are you a traditional cross-country skier, or enjoy snow shoeing? You’ll love these trails: Rapid River National Ski Trail, Sand Dunes Ski Trail. A favorite Alger County destination is Valley Spur - 5 miles west of Munising. These trails get heavy accumulations from the lake effect snow, so all 10 loops are awesome.

Spring rates run from April to May $250/night. $1500/week. The Memorial Day holiday has a special rate of $325/night with a four-night minimum stay.
Summer rates run from June to August at $375/night, ask for a weekly rate. The Labor Day holiday has a rate of $395/night.
Fall rates run from September to mid-December at $295/night, ask for a weekly rate.
Winter rates run from mid-December to March at $295/night, ask for a weekly rate. Rentals over the Christmas holiday require a seven-night minimum stay $375/night. New Years $395/night four-night minimum..
Rates are based on 6 guests including children; we allow a max of 8 guests. More than 6 guests, there are additional fees, please ask.
Add $250 for cleaning. Pets are $125. Check-in 5 P.M., Check-out 10:00 A.M.
One-half of the total rental amount is due upon reservation.
A refundable security/damage fee is required to hold the cabin.
Cancellations of summer rentals (June through August) will receive no refund after May 1, unless we are able to rebook your dates.
Cancellations during all other times of the year will receive a refund less a cancellation fee up to 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

We recently stayed at this cabin to snowmobile out of and i can't express enough how it went beyond our expectations for a cabin. Anything from the amenities at the cabin to the ease of getting to the trails but most importantly it was VERY clean well kept and beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely stay at this location again.
