150 feet of lakefront frontage on Ford Lake. Outside the vacation cottage there are two patios, two rock gardens, and a wooden swing. By the water there is a spacious gazebo and deck, a great spot to enjoy the evening sunset. Inside the great room includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room with large flat screen TV. Relax at the home during the cool spring and fall nights or head out to have a private campfire in the backyard. There is a pontoon and SUP boards to rent with each cottage. There is a tandem bike, too.
2 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 bedroom has a full, 4th bedroom has full bottom with twin top bunk. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a pontoon boat, SUP boards and 2 extra kayaks available to rent in addition to what is provided. Outside, you'll find our boathouse and L-shaped dock. If interested, we also rent out our pontoon for vacationers to enjoy. Our property is completely kid-friendly; we have a sandbox, 2 swings, a slide, and a large yard to play. Explore Ford Lake with use of our 2 kayaks, canoe, paddleboat and rowboat! Plus we have a sand volleyball court & a swimming raft.
There is a pontoon and SUP boards to rent and a smaller cottage next door for larger groups to rent together.
We provide pillows, blankets and quilts. We ask that renter bring sheets, pillow cases, kitchen and bath towels.

Fountain, Michigan is a quaint, friendly town, only 3.7 miles from the cottage. A popular activity in the area are dune rides - just 35 minutes away. Our lake and a variety of nearby rivers are quite popular for kayaking and canoeing. You are also by the historic White Pine Village, a variety of golf courses, mini-golf, Sand Castles Children's Museum, and more.

Kelly and Ken Crocker have owned and run their 2 cottage rental business since 1982. We love the lake and quietness of the surrounding woods. We are in our early 60's and plan to retire in a few years. We own 80 acres and spend our summer's in our 36' travel trailer parked on the acreage. The cottages are situated so we see the sunsets. The road is far enough behind each cottage that the road traffic is not noticeable and safe for children. We have made playgrounds for each cottage. We provide firewood, wifi, private beach areas and 5 non-motorized boats for each cottage. There are 4 bikes the cottages share for a ride around the lake. We also own 2 pontoon boats that are available to rent for the week.
