This beautiful two-bedroom vacation cabin is located directly on Northern Michigan’s scenic Lake Huron. This relaxing lake front getaway features a cozy “up-north” knotty pine interior, with comfortable furnishings and great views.
The cabin is a single story with an open living area and vaulted ceilings. The Living Area is furnished with a sofa, a rocking chair and side chair. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay, including a refrigerator, an oven and stove top, a microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. The flat-screen TV and high-speed internet will keep you connected (if you choose) with the outside world during your stay.
This cabin is cooled by a ceiling fan and a wonderful lake breeze through the windows.
Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 features a queen-sized bed and Bedroom 2 has twin over full bunk-bed. This cabin will comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

This Lake Front Cabin at Northern Sands Resort is set on 100 ft of private, grassy level lawns, a sandy fire-pit area and an easy walking path to the white sand beaches of Lake Huron. Relax by the water, splash in the waves or cook out on the barbecue grill while enjoying your favorite beverage. Located outside of town, this cabin also offers excellent stargazing.
Northern Sands Resort is located between unique waterfront communities of Oscoda and Harrisville Michigan. Visitors and their guests can easily find groceries and other necessities, quaint gift shops, wonderful restaurants, fun taverns and lounges and a few favorite local attractions.
Wander into town in the A.M. to visit a picturesque cafe, or test your golf skills on the many nearby courses. There is also a beloved community theater, as well as the celebrated Lumberman’s Monument, the Wurtsmith Air Museum. Or, if you feel like a day trip, launch some canoes in the Au Sable River or head over to the Mackinaw City Casinos.
