Come enjoy this all newly furnished, freshly painted, 3 bedroom/2 bath home (sleeps 6) on an acre of land with landscaped gardens. Also on the property is a 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage (sleeps 4) with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful family gathering.
Main Home- Master bedroom with master bath en suite. Brand new queen mattress, large walk-in tiled shower with plenty of storage space. Home office area in Master Bedroom with lake views.
Open Living/Dining/Fully-equipped Kitchen with dining seating for 10. Livingroom opens to a large screened porch perfect for dining, lounging, games, enjoying sunsets or rain storms...Also kitchen/dining is open to side patio with Weber propane grill and patio seating.
Nice yard with beautiful landscaping, great space for outdoor games, napping in the hammock, enjoying bonfire gatherings, or just relaxing with the sound of the waves. Main areas are complete with a wood-burning stove for chilly autumn days and winter holidays.
House also has a 2nd bedroom with a twin bed and pull out trundle perfect for children or babies, 3rd bedroom with queen bed and private entrance to front or side garden. 2nd full bath with step in shower.
Just across the driveway you will find the guest house--large open concept living/dining/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with dining seating for 4 opens to a side deck with weber propane grill and outdoor seating. Also equipped with a wood burning stove for winter get-aways!
Queen bedroom with walk in closet in guest house with additional sleeping in the main area in a twin with a pull out twin that doubles as a comfortable and semi-private reading nook. Full tub/shower bath.
Both homes come equipped with laundry area, wireless internet, and satellite TV
Several beautiful public beaches from 3 miles to 15 miles away. Enjoy the beach-town shops and restaurants, tour the local wineries, pick your own fruit in season, take part in the unique festivals and fairs. At the cottage there are books, indoor and outdoor games, and DVD's to make sunny or rainy days, and evenings fun.

Check-in time is after 4 p.m. eastern and Check-out time is before 10 a.m. eastern. Summer rentals are weekly only, 2-4 night minimum otherwise..
50% of rental amount is due with a signed rental agreement within a week of reservation confirmation. Balance of rental and fees due 60 days prior to check-in.
Security deposit is refundable within 14 days of check-out provided there is no damage and all agreements are abided by.
Cleaning fee of $250 and pet stay fees will apply.
100% refund minus a $150 office fee if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to check-in. Cancellation must be made in writing and accepted. Cancellations within 90 days before check-in are fully refunded only if the full period can be rented at the same rate, otherwise full payment is due.
