Main home and Guest house are perfect for an extended-family vacation. Both homes are individually equipped with complete kitchens and laundry facilities.
Main Home- Master bedroom with queen bed and home office area including an adjustable standing desk. Enjoy the lake breeze and awesome view! Attached master bath includes a large walk-in tiled shower and plenty of storage space.
The second bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and pull out trundle perfect for children. Portable crib is available for infants. Full shower bath off the hallway. Third bedroom with queen bed has a private entrance at the front.
Open Living/Dining/fully-equipped Kitchen with dining seating for 10. Comfy living room seating that offers more awesome views of the lake and includes a wood-burning stove for winter stays. Livingroom opens to a large screened porch perfect for dining, lounging, games, enjoying sunsets or rain storms. The kitchen/dining also opens to a side patio with Weber propane grill and patio seating.
Just across the driveway you will find the guest house--open concept living/dining/kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with dining seating for 4 opens to a side deck with weber propane grill and outdoor seating. Also equipped with a wood burning stove for winter get-aways! Guest house provides 1 private queen bedroom, and sleeping for 2 in a nook off the main area with a twin/twin trundle which can double as a reading nook. Large bath with tub/shower and laundry area. Side deck with table and chairs, weber propane grill, and firepit.

50% of rental amount is due with a signed rental agreement within a week of reservation confirmation. Balance of rental and fees due 60 days prior to check-in.
Security deposit is refundable within 14 days of check-out provided there is no damage and all agreements are abided by.
Cleaning fee of $250 and pet stay fees will apply.
100% refund minus a $150 office fee if reservation is cancelled 90 days prior to check-in. Cancellation must be made in writing and accepted. Cancellations within 90 days before check-in are fully refunded only if the full period can be rented at the same rate, otherwise full payment is due.
