You'll love the location: A shared association beach access is just 150 steps from the door. Sandy beach is down the bluff 140 steps. Our living room has a natural wood fireplace and comfy couch perfect for curling up on an autumn evening with a good book. The family room/sun porch overlooks the spacious yard; it’s a great place for family games on rainy days or for a relaxing break after a day in the sun. One main floor queen bedroom and 1 full shower bath with laundry area on main floor. There are also 2 bedrooms and a full tub/shower bath upstairs where you will find 2 queens and 2 twins in one room, and 1 full with additional full/twin bunk in the second upstairs room. The cottage will sleep up to 6 adults and 4-5 teens/children comfortably.
Unique Features
The large sun lit upstairs bedroom will sleep a small family comfortably, or let the kids stargaze together on a summer night (2 queens; 2 twin beds). Our second upstairs bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen/twin bunk and a second full bathroom with tub/shower. The authentic, restored train car on the property is a great camp playhouse for the kids. Outdoor shower for returning from the beach. Nicely landscaped yard includes a hammock, a backyard fire pit, and room for outdoor games. Deck seating for your group with propane grill.

About the Owner/Manager
Check-in time is after 4 p.m. eastern and Check-out time is before 11 a.m. eastern.
50% of rental amount is due with a signed rental agreement within a week of reservation confirmation. Balance of rental and fees due 60 days prior to check-in. Security deposit is refundable within 14 days of check-out provided there is no damage and all agreements are abided by.
100% refund minus a $150 office fee if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellation must be made in writing and accepted. Cancellations within 60 days before check-in are fully refunded only if the full period can be rented at the same rate, otherwise full payment is due.
