The view is spectacular from our quiet Cabin on Jehnsen Lake. Step in and enjoy the Cathedral ceiling, full window view of the lake, knotty pine, and open concept living area. The lake and beach are just below the finished walkout basement and paver brick patio. Cook inside, or stay outside on the wrap around deck and grill out for your family or friends.
Indoor amenities: Central Air Conditioning, fully remodeled kitchen with dishwasher and even an ice cream maker. Awesome view of the lake!

Sleeping arrangement: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a futon in the basement and loft with 1 queen and 2 double beds.
Exterior Amenities: Large patio overlooking the lake, wrap around deck with deck chairs and picnic table just outside the sliding door, gas grill, bonfire area on the beach, yard swing overlooking the lake, large picnic table, 12' row boat(w/oars, motor(?), cushions, fish net, fish basket, anchor and life vests), 4 person paddle boat and sandy beach.
Close to several of Michigan's finest golf courses, Big Rapids Riverwalk and White Pine Trail(hike, bike, snowmobile).
Our location at the end of of a quiet winding road offers wooded seclusion. Families with small kids love our beach and patio (adirondack & chase lounge chairs) with cable railing for a much better view of the lake! The Jehnsen Lake views are never blocked, even from the yard swing. Don’t just look though, get out there! The lake has very little boat traffic, especially during the week and the desolate shoreline will give you that Canadian look and feel.
All ages will love the paddle boat that seats 4. Your private bonfire pit is located right on the beach, so star gazing and listening to the loons is part of your cabin time adventure.
Hike right from our Jehnsen Lake cabin and take in the trees & lake breezes. Fill your days fishing and swimming on a 270 acre water park. Jehnsen Lake is an all sports lake so hop in our 12' boat with motor (gas included!), 4 person paddle boat or bring your own boat. There is a public boat launch across lake.
Spread your wings and explore the Mecosta and Big Rapids area. Like to golf? 3 golf courses are within 10 miles of the cabin. No matter how you fill your days away from the cabin, you’ll love the “up north” drive through the winding woods to your private, quiet cabin.

The cabin is comfortable and has everything you would need for a short or long stay. It is nicley decorated with an outdoor theme. Fishing is good, use some spinners for pike and bass. The patio and the firepit are great. We have stayed all over Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota and this cabin is one of the best we have stayed in! The owners are terrific. John H. IL
All of our guests were so impressed with the vast collection of games you provided. And the children were so excited about your movie collection. Every night the adults played games while the kids watched a movie. This was our normal routine after a long day of playing outside!
