We loved our stay here! The pictures really do not do it justice. Everything was so clean and comfortable and was perfect for 5 adults. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill and playing corn hole in the large backyard. They really have thought of everything that one could possibly need. We will absolutely stay again next time we are up visiting!!
This has been the cleanest home we've ever stayed! Very peaceful place. Equipped with all outdoor gear for cooking (grill and fire pit), playing games, relaxing in the hammock, watching the bonfire. The hosts are very warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Viola L.
We stayed in this home for a long weekend for pontoon boating and a charter fishing trip. This place is very very clean and well supplied with all of your needs. Not a spec of dust or dirt to be found. The fenced in yard was great to have our 20 lb. dog run around along with a super enjoyable place to sit and enjoy a BBQ and a bonfire. We also got to enjoy nature by a visit from a fawn, fox, birds, chipmunks, squirrels, and I'm sure some others around the outside of the yard. Michele B.
What a great place for a relaxing get away!! Mike was very helpful and accommodating. The home was extremely clean and stocked with every amenity you could think of (and then some!). You can tell Mike has put a lot of thought into making this the perfect vacation home. The large fenced yard is perfect for outdoor games, kids or dogs to play, or just drinking your morning coffee. Quick drive to Cheybogan and many hiking trails. We enjoyed visiting nearby Ocqueoc Falls and hiking the Lake Huron lakeshore in Cheboygan State Park. We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend it to friends and hope to be back again! Diana K.
My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights for our honeymoon and we brought our dog with us. The house was beautiful, and plenty of yard for our dog to run around. We had a bonfire every night and I laid in the hammock, it was so peaceful. The sheets smelled wonderful and the towels were nice and fluffy. The bathroom even had a jet tub that was amazing. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, they suggested plenty of things to do and places to eat. We would definitely stay there again. Kayla L.
Perfect get away home tucked away in the quiet of the country. The house worked great for our family of 5. It was super clean. The owner provides all the amenities you could ever think about needing. It was a peaceful stay in the country with town close by. It helped make our first vacation to Northern Michigan a very enjoyable and relaxing time. Brandy C.
Mike has amazing home and is very responsive when you contact him with a question. He has everything set up very well and the location is great for getting away and very close to the orv/snowmobie trails. They had plenty of firewood and the grill even had an extra tank incase you run out. I would definitely recommend this property to someone visiting the area and hope to be able to get back there again. William A.
There’s not much more I can say about this property that all the other reviews say. It is Top Notch! Like staying in a 5 star hotel. But in the country. The owner thinks of everything. My husband and daughter stayed July 9-11. Along with our lab. The accommodation were Fabulous! We brought up our 4 wheelers and dirt bike. There are so many trails just out the door. It was so convenient. stephanie t.
We had an outstanding stay at this location! We enjoyed every detail of this home! The fenced in backyard was great for our little kids to play in without us worrying about them getting into trouble! There were four adults, two six-year-olds, and two babies and we had plenty of space! The beds were super comfy. The fridge was stocked with condiments and the cupboards held anything we might need to cook including spices! It was amazingly clean! Rachel P. Shepherd, MI
