A lower-level rec room at Bedford Falls features a second sitting area, a large flat-screen TV, foosball, a ping-pong table, an electric dart board, and a large collection of board games, videos and books.
Sleeping arrangements: The master suite is located on the main floor with a queen-sized bed. Two other bedrooms on the main floor also have queen-sized beds. On the lower level, the final bedroom has a fourth queen-sized bed. There are also two convertible sofa beds on the lower level.
Bedford Falls is part of a quiet lakefront community on Lake Michigan. The home is an easy walk from the lake’s edge, where you can enjoy the views (especially the sunsets) from a high, rocky overlook. The nearest public beach, the New Buffalo Public Beach, is roughly seven blocks from the front step. This home includes covered parking and a collection of bikes in all sizes. — 8 adult bicycles and 6 for children, with a few helmets.

Great weekend getaway for five adults. House was very spacious and furnished and decorated nicely both inside and out. Great location as it's a short walk to the lake access to sit on the rocks and watch the sunset or ride a bike to the public beach. House was equipped with bikes and beach chairs and other beach toys and the owners have definitely put in a lot of thought and time to make sure everything is explained well about the house and the area. Our stay was great!! It had everything and more than we needed. There were extra towels, pillows, blankets, standard kitchen items and more! Everything was nice and clean and the location was perfect! We were all very impressed! The only issue we had was with the internet. It would randomly cut out and wouldn’t work. This is a great home for families with kids of all ages! The huge outdoor patio table seats 10! Great fire pit for making s'mores and rocking on the porch swing. Plenty of lawn space for some ball throwing and more. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach! Plenty of room for everyone.
