Welcome to our Lake George Resort in Northern Michigan! Cabin 5 is one of 6 vacation rentals. All have access to our 300 ft. sandy beach, 3 private docks, 2 paddle boats, 6 kayaks, a paddle board and row boat, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball and ping pong. Bring your boat and dock it for free at my dock and there is a public boat launch on the far side of the lake.
Every cabin has a picnic table and 2 lawn chairs.
Spend a long weekend or an entire vacation at the resort or point your adventure compass in any direction! Ask us about the beauty of the Ogemaw Hills hiking trails, canoeing trips, trout fishing hot spots, Fall Color Tour trails, historical driving tours, ORV trails and excellent golf courses.
Sleeping arrangement: 1 double bed plus 2 twin beds in the bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a futon.on the porch. The full bathroom has shower.
Cabin 5 is steps away from the water's edge but it offers more privacy because it sits behind the other cabins. It's location provides another view of the lake and it has an enclosed porch with table, chairs and a futon for extra room! You’ll know when you’ve arrived when the road ends - welcome to privacy on Lake George in Michigan.
This resort can definitely keep you and the kids busy: 2 paddle boats, 6 kayaks, a paddle board, various life vests, a large playscape and 2 swing sets along with basketball, horseshoes, volley ball and a recreation room with ping-pong table. Cook in the furnished kitchen, or stay outside and use the gas BBQ grill. As the sun sets, start a fire in your private fire pit next to the cabin.
If you ever tire of lake living, you can explore the area. Our cabins are just 4 miles away from downtown West Branch, which is Victorian themed and provides various shopping experiences in several specialty stores and an outlet mall. Ogemaw County antique shops are habit forming. There are several outstanding golf courses within 8 miles of the resort along with The Saganing Eagles Landing Casino which is 30 miles away.

$5/person for extra day visitors. $10/overnight guest (prior approval required). 50% deposit is required for reservations ($300 deposit is required for 7 day reservation). Add 6% state sales tax and $60 cleaning fee. Must be at least 21. 30 day notice is required for any refund of deposit, less a $100 re-booking fee.
We absolutely LOVE this place! Quiet, peaceful, clean, and so relaxing! The lake is beautiful and there are plenty of kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards, and row boats. The kids haven't been out of the water all weekend, other than for fishing off the dock They haven't asked for electronics and didn't even want the TV on at night. Lindsay Jones

The very best part of being the owner of this precious little resort is having the opportunity of meeting wonderful people and building lasting relationships with them. Lake George Resort has been called “The Peaceful Place Around The Corner”. It is my sincere pleasure and privilege to welcome folks to stay and share the peace and beauty of this wonderful place. If you like swimming, fishing, playing in the sand, hanging out around your bonfire and just plain relaxing Lake George Resort is for you. My 5 cabins and upper level 3 bedroom house are located on 2.75 acres on the north shore of all sports Lake George in West Branch, MI. This special little piece of heaven offers the comforts of home with the benefits of living on a lake where my guests can enjoy everything that promotes relaxation and fun.
A 300 foot sandy beach, 3 docks, kayaks, paddle boats and a paddle board are all here for your use. There is a huge play scape plus 2 other swing sets, basketball, horseshoes, volley ball and a ping pong table that provides all kinds of activities. I also have a dining hall that has several tables with chairs and a frig for everyone to share. Each cabin has a complete full kitchen, all bed linens, a gas BBQ grille and a fire pit, picnic table and 2 lawn chairs. All you need to bring is your food, towels and soap products. My families really like the fact that they can let their children run and play and know they are safe.
Lake George Resort is conveniently located in the “middle of the mitten” so it is only about a 2 hour drive from anywhere to get here.
