Very clean & modern home, the AC worked perfectly. We were able to house 3 generations of family, with a total of 9 people ranging from 3 yrs old to 87 yrs old. The only issues we had were that the upstair's Family Room hide away was not comfortable, and a dishwasher would've made things easier. My husband loved the proximity to the ORV trails, very convenient. Also, plenty of parking for the "toys." Reviewed by akolbusz August 03, 2013

Beautiful View. We came up to Oscoda for a quick getaway, and it was an amazing time! There is an awesome bar/restaurant within walking distance just across the river. There is a hot tub that really lets you unwind. There is a huge living room on the second floor that overlooks the AuSable river and its so peaceful to sit back, relax and enjoy the wildlife float down the river.
