Things To Do
Guests always comment on how good the fishing is right from the dock so bring your rods, tackle and some live bait. If you are lucky enough to visit in spring, get ready for a front-row seat to a migratory bird and waterfowl SHOW! Go mushroom hunting too. Since your so close to Lake Huron, you might want to plan a quick visit to the Lake Huron shore wetlands - a boardwalk leads to the amazing Lake Huron/Duncan Bay shoreline!
Popular water adventures include glass bottom boat rides, private charters, snorkeling, scuba charters (we recommend the shipwreck tour scavenger hunt). Land adventures include competitive lumberjack shows, The Cheboygan Opera House, Cheboygan Farmers Market, and a tourist must-do bicycling on Mackinac Island - just 11 miles from the Cheboygan inlet, 25 by car.
